Mother's Day

Emma planted a beautiful pot of flowers that she gave me in the morning... right before we all hopped in the car to get coffee and donuts!!! What a fun morning!

After Emma's nap, we went to my parents to see some of the family. It is always a treat to be with Nanny and Gigi (4 generations).

We had dinner at Mormor's house. Emma enjoyed carrying around her tools, riding on the big wheel, playing with her cousins, and, of course, spending time with her God-mommy and Mormor!

Emma just had to wear my new smart wool socks from Nanny!

Goofing Around at the Gym...Abigail in tow

This is for you Uncle Jeff:). Mom thought it would be funny to take pictures of me pretending to work out since we have been working out together throughout most of my pregnancy... recently slowed down, but I made it in for a quick photo shoot:). People thought we were quite nuts at the gym and Dusty set up that first photo to make it look like I was lifting tons of weight:). They will be fun to show Abigail when she is older..haha

I picked up these sunglasses for Emma at Target. She was so thrilled with them that I had a hard time getting them off of her for her nap. You'll notice the tilted up head in the pictures... whenever I ask her to smile for the camera, she will tilt her head up and smile. It is really cute!

Poor Emma Doris is always trying to snuggle with Larry. She'll drag his bed by the fire and yell, "Larry! Come!" or "Larry! Fire!" She loves to try to boss him around.

Emma dressed up for Mommy and Daddy and showed off her girly side. She did begin beating Larry with the rose, but he didn't seem to mind:).

Emma had just woken up from a nap to discover that her Aunt Sarah had dropped off the most delicious Valentine cookies. Emma Doris was, of course, tickeled pink!
Emma LOVES to wear our shoes... but one morning, she really made me laugh in her daddy's boots:). She stomped around the kitchen so proud of her self in her daddy's big ol' boots!
