Chicago

Uncle Jeff and Chau-Fang flew in from VA just for this special occassion! We celebrated Mom and Dad's (Nanny and Baba's) 60th birthdays.

Emma LOVES her Uncle Jeff and wanted to be holding his finger while she was pushed in the stroller:).

Drinks at the hotel

A milk shake with Mommy and "Mow Mow" for an afternoon snack.

Lunch at Coco Pazo turned out to be quite a mess! Emma and I shared Gnochi and it was all over the cloth table cloth by the end of lunch.

We had the BEST weather!! You would never guess it was early November!

Emma running down the halls of The Drake. She is all dressed up and ready for dinner at Cafe Spiaggia.

Sorry these pictures are all out of order:)... Emma and Daddy look out the window of the water taxi!

The Bean in Millennium Park

Once again, Emma had to hold Uncle Jeff's finger.

Waiting for the show to begin... it was technically nap time.

Daddy! Do you see the Belugas??

Dinner at this AMAZING Armenian restauraunt

Emma when to the American Girl Doll store but she only had eyes for the kitty cat!

Of course, Uncle Jeff insisted she have it... so he bought it for her:)

Oh, here is the mess (after I cleaned up) at Coco Pazzo!

Halloween

Emma D. LOVED trick-or-treating! We took her down Hol-Hi and she stopped at about 4 neighbor's houses for candy.

She even figured out how to ring a doorbell!

Later, Max, the fireman, came trick-or-treating at our house!

He brought Nanny and Baba along with him.

Edward, Elle, came over too! It was such a fun Halloween!

Halloween at Daddy's Office

All the children of the Green Leaf Trust employees gathered the day before Halloween to have a costume parade and party. Emma loved spending time with her cousins, eating goodies, and making crafts.

Outdoor Fun

Emma loves being outside. So, naturally, when Andrew was out raking leaves, she wanted to help. She has been enjoying walks around the neighborhood (like 2 whole blocks all by herself). She loves stomping around in the leaves. This is such a fun age!

Gene The Pumpkin Man

Emma loved picking out pumpkins at Gene's. She wanted the biggest pumpkin she could find, but finally settled on one she could pick up.

Reading

I have turned into an avid reader! All I ever want to do is read books. When my mommy or daddy can't read to me, I try to read by myself.

Leggos

I had so much fun one day getting in the laundry basket with my leggos! I sat in there for a good 20 minutes!

Uncle Jeff, check out my leggo skills! Don't worry, I don't let Mommy touch them!

Zoo Boo

I went to the Zoo Boo with Edward (the pirate) and Elle (she was a cute ghost). We had fun getting candy and walking around the zoo. We especially liked the Snow Leopards and, of course, the Peacocks!
